This is one busy lady and she is an inspiration for me.

photoIt occurred to me that perhaps I haven’t made note here that I am now a full-fledged, licensed California real estate agent! I have always loved real estate. I purchased my first house when I was 19. Hard to believe that now, but I did. I remember the seller did not think I’d ever get financed, but I did! Even then, I had a determination that perhaps sometimes others don’t see, but I know that perseverance in me!

As you know, I love books and writing. I wrote my first book when I was 13, and over the course of the years, have authored over 14 books, and through my publishing company, have published 120 books.

Perhaps one day, I’ll merge the two, real estate and writing. My little head is always thinking of ideas for books, you can’t be a writer and not constantly be thinking about plot lines…
